TIPA Awards 2011

TIPA - Technical Image Press Association  present the best photographic products in various categories like design, innovation, the use of leading edge technology, user friendliness, price and performance. These were the criteria kept in mind at the time of evaluation.

As we all know, Canon and Nikon are the top contenders, as nothing beats them in terms of commercial success and reliability. Canon received three awards, whereas Nikon stood one behind with two awards. However, the Nikon Software Collection won the Best Photo Software Award, putting aside Adobe Photoshop CS5 which had won awards for six consecutive years.
